How do I log in?

If this is the first time you are trying to log in, you will need to click this link to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, you can try to log in with your email address and your new password.

Are there any delivery charges?

We encourage you to order all of your items in a single order, helping us manage supply and demand, keeping freight costs to a minimum and making sure you don’t miss the opportunity for your favourite item!

Do I have an order limit?

Each Telstra employee will have an allowance. The credit amount and product range will be communicated to you by a Telstra representative and could differ between Telstra departments. We encourage you to order all of your items in a single order, helping us manage supply and demand, keeping freight costs to a minimum and making sure you don’t miss the opportunity for your favourite item!

How do I know what size I am?

All apparel items include measurements of the garment itself (not body measurements) in the product images. Please use these measurements as a guide to determine your size. 

There are a range of styles (eg hoodie, polo, t-shirt) which differ, so please use respective measurement images as a guide to determine your size.

TIP: Use a similar garment you own to compare measurements given with a measuring tape.

What if my size isn't available to order?

You can select your size and set a notification for when this size is back in stock. Select your size and if not available a NOTIFY ME icon will appear. Click on the icon and a box will pop up where you can fill in your details and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Save your details and when the item is back in stock we will notify you by email and you will be able to login and select the item. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order is despatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number (linked to online tracking) from our third party courier.

How do I exchange / return an item?

I have left over spend. Where does this go?

Any left over spend will remain on your account. We tried to price items, so that you can reach your full credit amount with a number of merch combinations, or be very close to this.

How come I have access to the store and some of my colleagues are still waiting?

We are introducing people to the store in waves. This helps with stock availability and allows time for any top ups, as well as giving us time to respond to any queries along the way. We are hoping this creates a positive shopping experience for all.

Can you tell me more about the refresh?

All merch aligns with Purple's refreshed branding. For some items this is a subtle colour change (eg hoodies) and we've also added to some new items (eg bomber jackets and non-apparel) so you can build your merch collection. The consistency across our past and present merch lines ensures a synergy across the board and means that we can continue to wear older merch without being outdated.

What sustainability practices have been followed?

Quality materials and timeless designs have been used to ensure high reusability (no landfill here). We also carry sustainability through our shipping practices:

  • Importantly none of the Telstra Purple merchandise items comes individually wrapped in single-use-plastic (SUP). This is unnecessary and has saved thousands of one-time-use plastic bags ending up in landfill.
  • When you place an order, you will receive your merch in a compostable mailer. Be conscious to re-use this parcel when you can or else follow the compostable instructions on the packaging. You can find. More information here: https://heropackaging.com.au/pages/faqs
  • We have chosen to only partner with local freight companies that are proudly carbon neutral for all local deliveries.As well as creating a  Importantly none of the Telstra Purple merchandise items comes individually wrapped in single-use-plastic (SUP).
