Returns Policy

Telstra Purple Merchandise may be returned and exchanged within 30 days from receiving your item and MUST meet the Return Criteria listed below.

Return Criteria:
- garments must be unworn and unwashed
- items must be unused
- garments must not smell of any scent or residue of perfume, aftershave, or deodorant
- items must be returned with original swing tickets and barcodes attached
(We will not be able to accept products with no barcodes affixed to the garment or product.)
- Items must be returned in the original biodegradable parcel bag as delivered.

How to Return an item:

Please note that returns must be approved by Merchgirls before you can send your items back.
To return an item please go to the Resolution Centre page and follow the instructions. You will be guided through steps to organize the return.

If your return is approved, you will be emailed instructions for returning your item to us.

All return items MUST meet the Return Criteria listed above.

Once your returned item is inspected and your return approved, you will be refunded the relevant amount of allowance back into your account.
If you are unable to submit your Return Form online, please email the details from your form to help@merchgirls.com.au

How to Exchange an item:
You must first return your item using the returns process above and then place another order online for your new item.
If you do not have enough allowance to place another order straight away, you will need to wait for Customer Service to approve your return and refund your allowance before placing your new order.
